Signing up to mailing lists – is it good or bad?  Some people send out continuous emails about every promotion that is coming up, every giveaway that is coming up, every new ebook giveaway, and every old ebook giveaway.  They promote everything from Traffic, SEO, Websites, Graphics, PLR, MRR, Affiliate Marketing, Article Marketing, new Software,  old Software, how to build a website, how to build a blog, their child’s first day at school, even their dog’s trip to the vet.

There is an old saying ‘The squeaking gate gets the oil”, to me too many squeaking emails and I will unsubscribe.  I know that you have to send out emails so that hopefully someone will purchase your offer but two or three a day is just too many.   I am finding that if people just keep sending emails just for the sake of it and not being generally interested in what people on their list really want, I will unsubscribe.  Find out what your subscribers want, give them what they want and they will stay with you and be more inclined to purchase from you.
