Review of “Joint Ventures Exposed” Video Series by Michael Rasmussen: How To Create Incredibly Profitable Joint Ventures For Your Online Business!

What is the most important thing to learn in all of Internet marketing? – ‘Joint Ventures’.  I believe Joint Ventures are the absolute fastest way to make a lot of money FAST.

Everywhere you look you see marketing gurus promoting each other’s products to their readers and getting a share of the profits. Often times a marketer with a good sized list can make a five or even six figure payday just by promoting someone else’s offer.

Have you ever dreamed of having a well-known guru promote one of your products? Can you imagine yourself rubbing shoulders with the Internet marketing elite, and earning the kind of paydays that most entrepreneurs only dream about? Joint ventures are the key to making that dream come true.

Learning how to create successful joint ventures has always been hit and miss. You had to learn by trial and error and it often took way too long to build up the kind of reputation that would have reputable marketers seeking you out to do business together.

100 Comments Challenge – What a Challenge!!!

Hi everybody, well hasn’t the last month been busy?  I have been taking part in the 100 Comments Challenge that Jacinta Dean and Steve King (both fellow students of John Thornhill’s Marketing Masterclass) has instigated.  The idea of the challenge is to get 100 people to submit their blog post as part of the challenge, then for all the contributors to go to each of the blogs and leave a comment.  At the end of the challenge (it is running for the month of August), everyone should have at least 100 individual comments on their blog post. To help get the most out of the challenge of receiving and giving blog comments, a few plugins are recommended to be installed.  The plugins help with websites traffic, page ranking as well as keyword rankings.

Is Your Blog Really a Blog? A blog post by Mike Clough – www.bestbizpractices.org

This is a blog post by Mike Clough at http://www.bestbizpractices.org I thought it was very interesting, I hope Mike doesn’t mind me ‘re blogging’ his post.

What kind of a question is that? Of course it is a blog. What else could it possibly be? Well, a blog has a completely different function than a website. However, when a blog is used for website functions it looses it value as a blog and in fact becomes just another website.

To better illustrate my point, let’s take a look at the differences between a blog and a website. I will borrow a table from a friend of mine, Tom Pick, who blogs over at Webbiquity:

Website Blog
Static Content Updated Frequently
Formal / Professional Informal
One Way Broadcast Interactive/Dialog
Transactional Informative
Product / Services Industry / Customer Issues
Almost Mandatory Not for everyone

10 Ways To Start Taking Control Of Your Life

As I am going through a bit of a ‘downer’ at the moment, suffering from ‘brain freeze’ and losing my motivation to write my eBook, I found these helpful tips to help me and hopefully help you if you ever feel the same way.  They are practical suggestions but they may shift the brain into a more positive thinking pattern:

1. Take Good Care of Yourself

It’s much easier to be positive when you are eating well, exercising, and getting enough rest.

2. Remind Yourself of the Things You Are Grateful For

Stresses and challenges don’t seem quite as bad when you are constantly reminding yourself of the things that are right in life. Taking just 60 seconds a day to stop and appreciate the good things will make a huge difference.

3. Look for the Proof Instead of Making Assumptions

Blogging for Children: Starting them Young

Recently I told you about my daughter’s new blog that she has created, so I thought I would give you more information about children and blogs.

Encouraging children to understand modern technology can be disturbing especially when they spend most of their time on it e.g.  Nintendo, WII, Computer Games. If you recognize the advantages of being in front of the computer plus know the basics, you could teach it to your children and there you have it, a web artist, computer specialist, or a journalist might be born.

Niche Decision Plus How The Young Outsmart The Old

Well I have finally done it.  Yes, I have finally decided on my niche for my ebook.  It has taken a long time because I wanted to make sure that it was the ‘right’ niche for me.  After a lot of keyword research, Google research and more importantly heart research, a decision has been made.  I must admit I had a huge amount of help from the incredibly helpful and supportive, current students and previous students of the Marketing Masterclass Forum.  Without their helpful advice I would probably still be undecided.

Yesterday was another big step; I purchased my domain name for my new product.  Again with helpful suggestions from the Marketing Masterclass Forum.  What would I do without my new family?

I have also been doing a lot of research for my book in the cupboards at home, I have books, magazines, papers, reports, etc. etc. in fact they are all over my desk.  Now the big job is to get them into some kind of order so that I can start writing.  I have a fair idea on what goes where in the ebook and I have started a list of chapters.  So it all looks as though it is all happening, scary but true.
